During that time he gained a wealth of knowledge in all phases of the flooring business. He was elected to several leadership positions in the National Association of Floor Covering Distributors and served as its president in 2001.

As one of our co-founders Rob has played an invaluable roll as the Chief Financial Officer. His back ground in corporate finance, and his education as both an attorney, and a CPA have enabled CFD to avoid the financial pitfalls that are often faced by startup companies. His experience and expertise have enabled CFD to grow into a strong financial partner for our suppliers, and our customers.

Brandi is a highly motivated professional with over 20 years sales experience. In 2006 she brought her talents to the flooring industry as a Design Consultant for MasterTile. In 2009 Brandi joined CFD and moved to the Tampa Area where she serves as the West Coast Architectural Design Consultant. Brandi takes great pride in developing professional client relationships built on trust, problem solving and technical expertise.

George joined the CFD team in May of 2012 as our Technical Sales Representative. He brings over 28 years of flooring knowledge in installation, product specification and demonstration from leading manufacturers and suppliers in the flooring industry. You will find George at the job site or meeting with designers and architects at their offices. He specializes in our Schönox product line and adhesives for our products.

Heather joined CFD in May of 2010. Taking care of our clients is her top priority! She handles administrative duties, manages orders and provides customer service. She has completed an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and will be continuing her education to receive a Bachelor’s Degree.
