Unfortunately, No. CFD is a wholesale supplier to the flooring trade. Flooring dealers who purchase and install materials, and who have established an account with CFD can purchase materials directly from us.
Lead times can vary greatly because we supply a vast range of materials. Our Quick Ship program included products available as soon as the next day. When we order from the factory and ship directly to you, we will typically receive a confirmation that includes a shipping date within 48 hours.
If your product is in stock at the factory, it may take 7-10 days, depending on the supplier’s point of departure. If the factory needs to manufacture your desired product or your flooring is custom, we will provide an estimated ship date once the factory has established a production date.
We follow your order all the way through. Once your material order or sample has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number from the transporting company. (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or a trucking company)
