Nadine R. Phillips, IIDA
Architectural Design Consultant, West Florida
13 Years In The Flooring Business
Nadine joined CFD in 2020, and we just love her ambitious personality! She obtained her BFA focused on Interior Design and Studio Art from Cazenovia College in upstate NY. While there, she played NCAA lacrosse and volleyball while also being involved with student government and various clubs. Following graduation, she returned to the small family-owned Kitchen, Baths, and Flooring company. She worked there throughout college before joining a small corporate and healthcare-focused firm.
She moved to Port Orange in 2012, eventually relocating to Jacksonville where she held a design position for a furniture dealer. Later she joined RS&H, concentrating on healthcare projects. She has been heavily involved in both IIDA North Florida and Florida Central chapters and served on both of their boards. In August of 2016, her husband George transferred from LAX to TIA as an air traffic controller. RS&H transferred her to Tampa, where Nadine traveled and supported multiple offices. She joined HOK in 2017 and worked on many large corporate and healthcare-focused projects, several being ground-up facilities, among a team of talented individuals.
She lives in Odessa (what everyone calls ‘horse-country’) with her family, a dog, and two cats. She loves doing anything outdoors, attending concerts, remodeling her home, drinking wine, and eating sushi. As 2019 was ending, Nadine and her husband welcomed son Barrett Zane into the world, and with the start of the new year, Nadine joined CFD’s team in West Florida and is looking forward to slinging floors on this side of the industry.
